Pros: location is good Cons: had to wait an hour for the shuttle bus from the airport at around 9pm. called hotel couple of times but the reception of the mobile was terrible and couldn't communicate well. the operator was also not costomer friendly. while waiting for the bus, many other hotel buses picked up their guests a couple of times. need to improve the airport pick up system since it's a part of the deal "free airport shuttle bus". after a long flight and had to wait another an our outside of the airport was painful.

Cons: The air system was so loud it was like trying to sleep in a boiler room also the bed sheets were so stiff it felt like they put too many in the machine and all the soap didn't get rinsed out.

Pros: Friendly helpful staff and functionally clean room (albeit the first room we were given cards for was not yet made up). Cons: Very basic, nothing open.

Overall stay was great. We would definitely consider this hotel to stay in the future.

Pros: Food quality and price was good. Location of hotel was very convenient. The gentlemen preparing the omelets were super friendly and respectful. Cons: The room had a door to access the room next to our room. We can hear everything going on so there is a privacy concerns. Also, the house keeping staff knocked on the door early to ask what time we planned to checkout. They should adhere to the checkout time. The bathtub faucets are outdated. We had a little trouble opening the faucet because it was stuck and hard to open.

Cons: The staff were rude and unhelpful. when we reserved room we were promised USB charges, breakfast to go. Neither were available. The restaurant was out of food and they forgot part of order.
