Excellent location but the hotel is very tired & so not good value for money

Pros: Excellent location & excellent breakfast Cons: Tired decor. Window seals broken so windows did not shut properly

FANTASTIC HOTEL AND SPA

Pros: We stayed at the HARROGATE MAJESTIC HOTEL AND SPA for 2 night for my wife birthday .The hotel was perfect from start to finished, The Decorations is Beautiful . My room was spotlessly clean and very comfortable the bathroom was spacious and beautifully finished ,The dinner and breakfast were delicious. The SPA experience was great relaxing and refreshing had a lovely relaxing massage staff were all polite and friendly. Highly Recommended 10 from 10 Cons: n/a

Harrogate stay

Pros: Location , grand hotel, lovely lounge and rooms. The spa was lovely very relaxing when not too many in. Good size pool. Food very good. Average pricing. Cons: The bed in the cosy room was very hard and small, only 3/4 bed. Think the springs had sprung. Cosy room still comfortable for the stay. Need to sort bed out. I did mention to staff.
