It was great!

Pros: Clean, friendly staff, helpful Cons: No microwave in the rooms.

It met my high expectations. Staff was welcoming and friendly.

Pros: It was in a convenient location and near an outstanding mall, as well as other venues. Cons: The property looks welcoming with the comfortable seating throughout the lobby.

Overall it was decent but disappointing, priced way above what we actually got.

Pros: The breakfasts and mattress was quite good, and very comfortable Cons: This may be more booking.com's fault but the explanation of the type of room was not adequate, celebrating our 23rd anniversary in a room with a gym in it, was well below expectations. Having to ask for a microwave and water options for a room costing over 250 a night is ridiculous. The hotel not even having carts for usage after waiting for 20 minutes and then just carrying multiple bags to our room was below expectations for the price. Even having to pay an extra 40 dollars for what turned out to be a basic contine

Beds are very comfortable

I loved it the first time, hated it the second time. I’m not sure if I will ever return.

Pros: I have stayed at this location once before and had no issues, the room was nice and clean before and the locations was perfect. Cons: This time staying at Double Tree was nowhere near at great as my first go round. Everything was fine at check in. Though as I settled into the room, I noticed the bedding had dirt streaks tucked away under the sheets- because housekeeping was gone for the day I knew I would not be able to have them changed. The next day, I hoped the bedding would be changed but housekeeping simply remade the bed with the same dirty linens, again I was not on site to reques
