Short stay and was alright.

Pros: The cookie at the front desk Cons: The bathroom was very tight and the male front desk clerk could have been more friendlier.

Overall, a comfortable stay in a great location for exploring New York City. The room was clean and provided a good base

Pros: Great location in Chelsea, making it easy to explore New York and get around the city. The hotel was clean, comfortable. Cons: Some of the common areas, particularly the elevators and corridors, were looking a little tired and could benefit from refurbishment. The room itself was generally clean and comfortable, although the bathroom needed attention, with mould, poorly applied silicone around the walls and shower, and a shower that didn’t function properly. Some in-room services, including access to the room service menu, also weren’t working. Overall, a comfortable stay, but the mainte
