Amazing Experience here at the hotel, we did an event for a week and the way they treated us was unbeliveable. We will defintely come back.

Arriving tired

It's convenient if you arrive late at Newark airport, the transportation is impeccable and the hotel is divine

Disappointed

Pros: The clean look in open space and lobby, the elevator was great. The brand of Hilton Cons: Our room was not cleaned properly, there was a used bottle of wine in wardrobe. Ironing board kept falling off Telephone in the room plugged in but did not work Only 2 towels in the room when we booked for 4 people. The tap in the bathroom was broken

Pros: The Location was good. Cons: The room was very dirty and smelled strongly of cigarette smoke, the smoke odor had soaked into everything. The room was old, had a strong musty smell, and felt damp. The bathroom was stained and looked unclean. There were no complimentary toiletries, and no bathrobe or slippers were provided.
