enjoyed the 2 days the jacuzzi was nice
Pros: the front desk on our last day held our luggage for the day so we didn't have to haul it around. We were able to attend our last conference day and come back to pick up our luggage afterwards no hassles no worries. Very friendly and courteous staff! Cons: lots of homeless near by
overpriced and hidden fees..
Pros: Breakfast was $15 extra per person was not included in my room rate. We were not aware of this intill I checked in. Room and hotel very nice but was also charged $ 12 for parking.. this was not included in the rate when I booked hotel. Staff was very friendly.. Cons: Went to use the hot tub and the water was so full of chlorine that it burned my eyes we could not even stay for 15 min. Room was on the 2nd floor but was loud at times..seemed like the street was full of loud racing cars.
GROSSLY OVERPRICED.
Pros: This hotel offers extremely poor quality/price ratio. They never cleaned the room during the three nights we stayed, and they would only clean it up when we filed a formal complaint at the front desk upon returning in the late afternoon. And last but not least, there is a serious potential security issue with this hotel, as there is a camp of homeless drug addicts right next to the parking lot. Cons: This hotel offers extremely poor quality/price ratio. They never cleaned the room during the three nights we stayed, and they would only clean it up when we filed a formal complaint at
Overall, a good easy stay and a good night's sleep.
Pros: Staff helpful in moving us from a room with an adjoining door - could hear the people next door talking softly. The south building seems a bit nicer than the north building. Fun restaurant with outdoor seating on the river. Cons: The service in the restaurant was a bit slow. It was close to 9 pm closing, and the staff paid more attention to cleaning up than to our service.
