Accommodations were very good
Pros: Staff was courteous and hotel was accessible Cons: Had a fire alarm at midnight. No announcement of any kind letting us know status before or after leaving the hotel

Comfortable and inviting hotel
Pros: The hotel and grounds are beautiful and inviting. The room was comfortable. Cons: We were driving, not coming from the airport - not quite as convenient from the freeway, but it was fine. We are dinner in the restaurant - it was terribly high priced and the service was slow for an empty restaurant.

Fantastic hotel
Pros: This hotel and employees are so nice, we stayed an extra night. Breakfast from restaurant was good. Room service for dinner was fantastic. I had the lamb shank, hubby the tacos. The pool was very refreshing. I would definitely come back Cons: The Cafe closed too early.

Nice room TERRIBLE service
Pros: The room layout was exceptional. The room was comfortable, Cons: The front desk girl literally helped the person behind us, and ignored us standing there.. The A/C in the room worked but made a god awful noise every hr or so. And the room next to us the guest was snoring so loud, we may as well knock the wall down.. Sleep did not happen, so we left pretty early to go find a place to sleep. The shower had long black hair on the wall. Uhggggg
