Fabulous Stay

The welcome to this hotel on check in was superb and the two nights I stayed were great. I would recommend this hotel and would stay again. The room service, breakfast and staff assistance with the best public transport you can use and any other questions was such great customer service. Thank you I enjoyed the stay. Particularly good is the location as there is an overland and bus located virtually a few mins walk to get you anywhere you need to be in London.

Very good stay

Great find in London. Nice modern hotel and calm area but plenty of options close. Special call out to Labdhi and Disha for great service. Will stay again

The wonderful Jinisha

From the minute we arrived at the hotel our welcome was exceptional. Jinisha at Reception went above and beyond what would be expected to welcome us, look after us and make sure we had everything we needed for our stay. She explained the different options for our stay and couldn’t have been more friendly. We arrived before normal check in time to drop our bags off, our room was ready early and Jinisha came out of the hotel when she spotted us and brought us back in to get checked in early … truly exceptional service. I would highly recommend the hotel based on our experiences so far.
