It was lovely.

Pros: Very good location and conducive atmosphere. Cons: Being unable to control the air conditioning as it was on fixed auto settings.

Just very basic

Pros: The location is good. Few minutes walk from the DLR Cons: The bed wasn’t comfortable and the view was terrible I stayed in room 115 Staff were not very friendly and now warm cookie on arrival like it states in description

Expensive for what it was

Pros: Location was great for the Excel. Cons: It was very expensive at £400 for one night. Booking.com said breakfast was included but the hotel said it was £20 extra which was disappointing - so i went to Costa instead. Noisy aircon in the room, and the table lamp didn't work. THB, when you are paying top dollar, it doesn't seem unreasonable to expect well maintained facilities and breakfast. Would I stay there again? No, I'd try somewhere different.

Amazing hotel

Pros: Amazing staff. They also looked after our luggage the day we checked out until the evening for free. Cons: Nothing. Honestly
