Lovely stay with my mum and daughters (age range 9-81) to visit the NHM and couldn’t have asked for

Pros: Breakfast fab and staff wonderful and friendly and went out of their way to make us feel welcome and cared for Cons: Not much!

An excellent hotel option

Pros: We had a nice surprise with the hotel. The staff are excellent, friendly, competent, helpful. The room is a good size, exceptional breakfast. The location is also great, in front of a metro station. You can walk to Hyde Park, Kensington Castle. The metro takes you to all other attractions. The staff caught my attention the most for their competence and willingness to solve problems. We will certainly stay there again. Cons: Nothing bad, everything very good

Pros: We had a lovely surprise with the hotel. The staff are excellent, friendly, competent, helpful. The room is a good size, exceptional breakfast. The location is also great, in front of a metro station. You can walk to Hyde Park, Kensington Castle. The metro takes you to all other attractions. The staff stood out to me the most for their competence and willingness to solve problems. We will certainly stay again. Cons: Nothing bad, everything very good
