Location is great and room very comfortable.

Cons: Staff in restaurant and bar were not the friendliest at times could be better trained. Reception staff were very good

Alojamiento muy cómodo y muy bien ubicado para transportes

Pretty good as usual.

Pros: I like most everything but I sleep hot and. I cannot torn the thermostat down enough. If I could have opened the window and let the autumn air in at night that would have resolved the problem, but the windows are locked. I was provided with a fan at my request, bit it was insufficient to deal with my issue. The front desk clerk looked irritated when I asked for the fan. But generally it is a great place to stay and the concierge is amazing! Cons: see above

Great,friendly hotel in a fab location, right next to Victoria station.

Pros: The concierge who looked after our bags was fabulous. He smiled, he recognised us and he helped my friend with an Uber taxi. The reception staff were happy and helpful. P.S. The cookies were delicious Cons: The bath. I would have preferred a walk in shower, that's just me, nothing wrong with the bath or shower head.

Pros: Posizione ottima a due passi da Victoria Station e al centro Stanza abbastanza grande per gli standard di Londra Ambienti puliti Colazione ricca e varia Cons: A Londra si trova ancora la moquette nelle camere anche se devo dire che era pulita
