Pros: Common areas, Room, Restaurant very clean and in very good condition. Room perfect for my needs, more than enough size and all components including those in the bathroom were impeccable. Well located if you go to places like Dolphin Mall, and relatively close to the airport. Room cleaning was quick. Good service in the restaurant. Well soundproofed rooms... couldn't hear the planes at all. Cons: The air conditioning can be a bit tricky to handle, but nothing out of this world. The pool, while in perfect condition, is a bit small, and also surrounded by a fence, which I didn't particularl

Pros: On arrival at the hotel, that I had never stayed at before, the staff were very welcoming and friendly. My room was large and very well equipped, and was spotless, as was the rest of the hotel. The breakfast I had on three occasions was excellent each time. I came across two members of staff who were outstanding and worked in the Restaurant and Bar area. They were Melvyn, and a lady I believe was called Flo, or something similar. Both were great at customer service and very good at building good rapport with customers. These two employees helped to make my three-night stay very enjoyable
