Pros: The cancellatiin and refund The cookies on arrival Friendly staff Understanding staff Staff are a credit to this hotel (the 2 reception girls we met in our brief time) Cons: The 1 bed for a adult and 15 year old !!! Strange that ANYONE would consider that ok, cancelled and went somewhere else, staff were amazing at the reasoning for my cancellation. The room stank and i mean STANK of damp

Pros: The room and facilities and the amenities around the hotel Cons: When we arrived i had 3 rooms booked and one of the receptionist gave one of the room to someone else by mistake. This left one of my family with out a room for 1 day. Not at all happy. Awaiting a refund for that day.😡

Pros: We have stayed here several times 👍 Cons: Unfortunately the springs in the mattress were ridiculously noisy , making it impossible not to turn over without waken each other up ! So a sleepless night was had . Did report the fact to reception
Eventful
Pros: Great location. Lots of facilities and the room was comfortable and roomy. Cons: I was given a key card for a room at reception. However, someone had already been allocated the room when I got there 😱 their toiletries in the bathroom and wardrobe filled with their clothes. I left very quickly and luckily they were not in the room, it could have been very embarrassing and awkward for us all. I returned to reception, given another room key and told it was near the lift. It was further from the lifts than the previous room, but it was vacant and I had a nice 2 night stay.
