Adequate
Pros: The location was perfect and easy parking. Once I got the room I had booked and paid for, it was a good size. The manager was helpful and friendly in resolving the problem. Cons: On arrival, checked in, went to room and given wrong room. Went back to reception and I was told that I'd been bumped as they were full and I wasn't a Hilton Honours member. I'd booked it 11 months ago and they took my money a day before I arrived and didn't tell me when I'd checked in. I am a Hilton Honours member, but that should not have impacted my booking. Terrible!!
I had read reviews of this hotel being dated and not clean. But I will let the photos speak for themselves. It was very dusty that my husband and myself sneezed all night. There were food particles on the floor. The staff were most unwelcoming. Our flight was delayed and we arrived past 1am. I called ahead and spoke to Anna who had a very condescending attitude, when I enquired about a complimentary upgrade with my status. I requested a clean room and she said she would let the nigh audit person know but that did not pan out positively. The person who checked us in did not even acknowledge us

We enjoyed the room. It was nicely furnished and the bed was comfortable.
Pros: Location made it easy to walk to local downtown and shopping Cons: No shower gel in the shower and coffee was out in lobby when we wanted some before we left at 6:30
