A fost un sejur minunat. Locația excelentă, ultracentrală, aproape de toate punctele turistice.personal amabil și curățe
Pros: Localizarea excelentă. Literalmente, 5 minute de mers pe jos până în Times Square, aproape de Madison Square garden, și foarte aproape de empire state, the vesel.
Cons: Nu am nimic de comentat împotriva. Poate ca, în anumite momente ale zilei, întâlneai oameni ai străzii aproape de ieșirea din hotel dar nimic care să te pună în pericol. Aceștia erau în lumea lor, nu erau agresivi și nici nu interacționau cu cei din jur.

Perfect location, disappointing experience.
Pros: Location was perfect, beds were comfy, and the rooftop had great views!
Cons: As soon as we arrived there was water dripping from the ceiling in the bathroom onto the floor, creating a large puddle. I immediately went and asked for a new room and they said they were booked and would send someone up to fix it. While someone did come up quickly, the attitude at the front desk did not feel very empathetic. It was very matter of fact - ok we’ll send someone up. No apologies or acknowledgment to the fact that we had just arrived after a long day of travel to an issue. An engineer initially fi
