Great location for connections to NYC

Pros: Great location - close to EWR Airport and good rail links to NYC Cons: Airport shuttle was terrible! Over 1hr wait at Newark and on the way back we’ve been told it doesn’t start until 5AM, despite reassurances from the previous day that it starts at 4AM. You’re better off taking bus 62 to and from Newark!

Location great, airport shuttle convenient - cleaning could be better

Pros: The location is great - very close to the Penn train station - easily walkable. The free airport shuttle definitely helps a lot. The bed was comfortable. The luggage storage also helped a lot. Cons: The towels had yellow stains on them which I indicated on the hotel survey but they responded to only my other comments and did not respond about the stains on the towels. Overall I was a bit underwhelmed for the price I paid especially given the towel stains, the dusty bedside tables and dirt on the carpets. I would have expected more for the price at $230 per night but that might just be me

Good beds

Pros: Transport was easy from where it is located quite good. Good beds Cons: Breakfast was not good, neither was the coffee. Not fresh bread
