Pros: Staff very helpful Cons: I booked their accessible room, which isn't accessible it has a bath. Accessible rooms should have a wet room, with a chair!

Pros: Beds very comfortable. Bathroom roomy. Cons: There was no tea or coffee in the room. If I had asked they would have brought it to me but I managed without.

Pretty nice but beware the hidden fees.

Pros: Nice building and has lots of facilities such as a gym. The restaurant was good and the food was very nice. The room was comfy. I had a nice desk to do my work on. Cons: the fact you have to pay for parking when there is nothing else nearby was frustrating - i am sure everyone who goes there drives so just include the cost in your price and not have it as a surcharge. The gym equipment was tired and needed some updating and repairs. Paid for Wi-Fi at a brand like Double Tree seems a bit disappointing too. I couldn't turn the AC on and the room was very warm.

Great experience

Pros: Location and breakfast were good. Staff both at reception and and breakfast were really welcoming and helpful. We liked parking was exempt because we went to legoland. That was a nice bonus. We would highly recommend and stay here again. Cons: Nearest train station was 30 mins away.

No AC, wouldn’t recommend to book during summer honestly

Pros: Close to another venue I had a wedding at. Cons: NO AC, if I had known before I would have definitely avoided! Was a sauna in the room we were put in, and also smaller than expected. The fan did nothing was very weak. But to have no AC, in 30 deg heat is a massive red flag. Staff did try to help and eventually convinced him to move my room to a downstairs room, but didn’t offer to move bags for us , just showed us where the baggage cart is, again in the heat would’ve appreciated any help as I had to move 3 bags alone in heels.
