I recently stayed at your hotel for one night and unfortunately had a very disappointing experience. There was excessive noise during the night, including loud talking and a dog barking in a nearby room, which made it extremely difficult for me to sleep. I called the front desk around 5:00 AM to request a room change, but the receptionist was unwilling to assist me.
