It was a great few days spent in York, hotel was great in everything one needed, so close to entrance to inner city wall
Pros: It was in a great location, easy to find, very clean, staff were great, breakfast was of a great choice, rooms very nice size, overall a great place to stay and would recommend it Cons: No much space in car parking

3rd floor room needs updating
Pros: Great city centre location, clean, wonderful staff and cookies on arrival 😀 Breakfast was good. Cons: Air-conditioning unit in room hardly worked. Bathroom overhaul is a must. Very spacious but poor shower over bath unit. Lots of water damaged paintwork and no extraction fan. For a premium price it wasn't a premium room

Was a wonderful stay as always .
Pros: In a lovely position , so convenient and close to everything . We have been here several times and wouldn’t stay anywhere else. Cons: Would prefer it if it wasn’t dog friendly. Wasn’t keen on being woken up by a dog in the middle of the night.
