We arrived at the DoubleTree in Mount Laurel around 10:30 a.m., hours before check-in, and I was desperate to get my girls cleaned up. Cathy at the front desk went above and beyond to help — she spoke with her manager, found us a room right away, and treated us with such kindness that I nearly cried from relief.
