Pros: The location is convenient if attending a conference at the convention center. The staff was friendly. Cons: The AC at first did not work. It took a while for it to be corrected. They brought me a box fan. There were issues with the sink and toilet. The room was only cleaned once.
The young man who checked us in seemed a bit overwhelmed but handled himself well; overall a pleasant stay.
Pros: Downtown location Cons: The toilet paper roll was missing. The freezer wouldn’t freeze. And most of the outlets in the room wouldn’t hold a plug - they just fell out.
Pros: Location was central and within walking distance of the sights we wanted to see. Room was huge, very clean and comfortable.. Cons: The only negative was that 1 of the lifts wasn't working and the remaining 2 were incredibly slow.
No bedding was in the room for sofa and no evening staff available to bring it to room.
Pros: Nice and clean Cons: Parking garage very small. Hard to find at night.
We should of gotten a refund. No air conditioning was not our fault. I had to pay for another hotel during that stay. W
Cons: We never stayed here. The facility had no air conditioning. When I tried to call to cancel back then I got the run around so we were charged and never stayed. Other people who were there at the same time got to cancel and switch hotels.
