Pros: The location was good, 7 minute drive to Brighton seafront. We had dinner at the hotel both nights that we stayed and we have to say the food was excellent, very tasty!. The bed was comfortable and the decor was modern. Staff were friendly and approachable. Cons: I think a little attention to detail with the rooms, their was thick dust on the picture frames, they have a rain shower as well as a standard shower, the standard shower head was too heavy to be put on it’s upright stand and the rain shower wasn’t powerful enough. We were right above the kitchen, we had the windows open because
