Pros: Friendly staff. Coffee in the morning. Walking distance to Fremont Street without being too close (noise wise). Good sized rooms. Parking included. Good value for money. Not the fanciest place l, but always clean and convenient. Exactly what I want during a downtown Las Vegas stay. That was my 3rd time staying there and I'll be definitely back. Cons: Room was a little outdated. Mattress needs a replacement. Stayed on the side towards the street side which was quite loud on Saturday night and during street cleaning. I prefer the ones towards the court/ Minigolf yard.

Pros: Easy to find and free parking. Cons: Very noisy at night, rooms are not sounds proof, couldn’t sleep until 4am. The heavy rain flooded from the roof into my room, I had to use the bathroom towels to hold the water at my bedroom door.

Pros: Cute and easy to get to everything on Fremont with a quick walk. Staff were very friendly. You do get what you pay for- if you are particular about plush bedding and cozy furnishings, this place won't be your vibe. But if you want a less expensive, cute, quiet place to rest your head between all your fun, this place is it.:) Cons: The outlets by the bed are controlled by the light switch, so if you have a medical device, or just like to charge your phone next to the bed, you won't be able to do it with the lights off! (May just be a quirk of the specific room we were in...)
