Pros: Location is nice Spacious apartment and well equipped kitchen/laundry Cons: Broken tiles in bathroom Not very clean mattress Access codes were deactivated before agreed checkout time which disrupted the schedule

Fantastic apartment in West End!
Pros: The location was excellent and safe, very quiet street and short walk to tram. Shower products, hair dryers, and coffee provided. Would recommend! Cons: There are some stairs to navigate with the luggage (not a problem for us but noting for others). Would also suggest providing door stoppers as the bedroom and living room doors automatically close which was a bit of a nuisance as we prefer to commune!
