Pros: Staff were helpful, location was good, food was good and reasonable priced. Cons: Shortfalls in the house menu

Basic needs met..good staff..wouldn't stay again.

Pros: Quiet.. Good room. Cons: Breakfast very basic..no tomato or mushrooms..limited fruit and fruit juices. Price excessive compared with say Premier Inns.

We won’t be staying again

Pros: Breakfast ok but had been sitting in warming trays for a while. Meusli was not meusli as I know it. Location good and room clean although rather tired. Comfortable bed. Cons: The ‘restaurant’ was not open for business. Apparently the chef had gone off sick. No tables were set up for meals so I suspected no meals are served. We made do with a pack of peanuts!

Disappointed.

Pros: Room was OK , convenient location once we found it! Cons: Reception staff didn't appear for 15 minutes. Not particularly welcoming. Breakfast selection was poor. Staff did not replenish when items ran out even when there was half an hour left before 10am. Staff had to be asked to restock otherwise they were just standing around chatting. Shame we couldn't have a view of the lake, your advertising photograph is misleading and was obviously taken years ago as the hedge has grown up a lot and nobody has bothered to cut it.

Awful experience. We will never use this hotel, or any others in the group, SURYA HOTELS, ever again

Pros: Nothing went well, dirty room with a filthy fan and bath area. Got moved to another room, but no different! Had to stay as I was down for my brothers 70th birthday. Only good thing was the location, but I will never stay here again, I would rather stay at a Premier Inn. Tried to find a manager to report all the issues before we left, but no one answered the bell and no one was around. Reported it online twice after returning home but absolutely no contact back from the company. DO NOT STAY HERE UNLESS YOU REALLY HAVE TO. A nice German family were there the day we left, having breakfast,
