Pros: Ideal address to stay overnight when coming from the ferry in Harwich. The rooms are basic and somewhat outdated, but clean. The breakfast is simple but good. It is very convenient that you can charge your car. Cons: Everything was fine.
A good place to stop over
Pros: The breakfast was an improvement on our previous visit. Staff were very friendly and helpful Cons: The room was extremely hot (no air conditioning) but it was a time when the weather was exceptionally hot.

Pros: Easy access to main roads Cons: There didn't seem to be any form of management on the ground. We arrived at 1700hrs for check-in and there was no one at reception. We rang the bell for 10 minutes and then rang the phone line and no one was answering. We went to the bar to get assistance and there was no one to assist. Eventually, after a 30-minute wait, staff from the Kitchen assisted. On Sunday, continental breakfast was clearly indicated to be served until 1000hrs and hot breakfast until 0900hrs, however, when we went for breakfast at 0930hrs the restaurant was already closed and food
Good stay
Pros: Well located, comfortable rooms, bar and restaurant available, very pleasant staff Cons: Lack of staff, the person at the reception also has to manage the bar and table service... a shame for the clients and for the staff too...
All in all it served its purpose to stay the night
Pros: The location was ideal as we were at a wedding locally, the room was spacious and had a comfortable sleep Cons: The breakfast could have been better, did not like the English breakfast and finished at 9 am
