Overall we had a decent stay, clean and comfortable room.

Pros: Location was perfect just off Main road central to everything you need in Hendersonville. Drive to Nashville about 20 minutes without traffic. Area was clean and quiet. Cons: Monica. Seems she has a lot of value to the owner to be working there so long, but her attitude could use improvement - she communicates as if she's anticipating a problem and in doing so, ended up creating one. I had to flat out ask her why she was giving us the 3rd degree and she changed her tune, but it really shouldn't have to get to that point.

Convenient location but questionable customer service

Pros: Close to family. Affordable. Cons: Mgr exceptionally helpful on phone but seemed very irritated with one family member not wanting a room change. We had to delay ck in for our room bc of of an issue that required spraying—leaving a chemical smell that made the first 2 nights almost unbearable.

Pros: Location was back off the major roadway but convenient to everything. Small quiet area, easy check-in and check-out, friendly staff, comfortable beds and ac worked amazingly. Cons: There was no plug for the bath tub, shower pressure was low, light smell of cigarette smoke on bedding and when ac would kick on
