Below expectations

Pros: For those who want to stay close to Times Square and Central Park, the location is great! There are many restaurant options, shops, and subway lines. The bellhops are very kind. The only downside of the reception is a lady who works at check-in/check-out... grumpy, full of irony, and doesn't make the slightest effort to help with anything the guest needs! Cons: The rooms are old and cleanliness leaves much to be desired! We went days without having the room cleaned and without towel changes!

Ok. Just ok.

Pros: Location was ok Cons: Lighting in the bathroom was extremely dim. Had to get a small desk lamp from the reception and then it didn’t have a place to sit so I taped it to the mirror in the bathroom. Was NOT good function but at least I could see better

Good price/quality ratio. Things to improve.

Pros: The location is very good. There are complimentary water bottles at the hotel entrance every day. This is a great detail. They gave us umbrellas when it rained, also complimentary. They do not charge for receiving Amazon packages, great detail. Cons: To improve: The room had only one nightstand, being a double bed. Two nightstands are needed. It would have been wonderful to have a kettle to prepare tea and a coffee machine. The Roof top was not available. I would add more light to the mirror in the room, we girls need it for makeup.

Pros: Great location and friendly staff. Cons: There was a mold smell in the room and it was pricey. That might have had more to do with FIFA but it was still higher than other hotels I was looking at but again great location for what we wanted to see.
