Great inner city Hotel, a real find!
Fabulous inner city human friendly Hotel/Hostel. We had a king room on the 4th floor. This place is an absolute gem. The staff are friendly, intelligent & very helpful . And super clean. We loved it!

Upmarket back packers, NOT a hotel, read the room description before booking
Pros: Nice clean building restaurant and bar, clean facilities, majority of the staff are nice and friendly. close to bus, shops and food. Cons: First I received a message on the day of check in, towels not provided and to rent $6 or buy is $8????? after checking in the room had towels one on each bed again ??? Then the message said I booked a 4 bed room Dorm room again ????? bookings.com shows I booked a Private Superior 4 Bed Room, the staff said bookings.com gets this wrong again??? stain on carpet didn't look nice or hygienic, Our room was next to the bathroom all day and night you can her
The room was a little small, but very comfortable and exceptionally clean. The hotel is centrally located and beautifully decorated, creating a warm and welcoming atmosphere. The service was very quick, helpful, and friendly. We especially appreciated the complimentary wine at the hotel bar, which was such a lovely touch. We truly enjoyed our stay and would happily recommend this hotel!
