Pros: Everything! The employees were very friendly and very helpful when I asked questions. The rooms are very spacious and very clean. Breakfast was amazing and had a big selection! Not a pleasant stay.

Cons: We stayed at this hotel for two nights, and unfortunately, we did not have a pleasant experience. When we arrived, the bathroom was not clean. There was a bad odor, the sink was dirty, and the carpet was also noticeably dirty. We expected the room to be properly cleaned the following day, but when we returned around 4:00 p.m. after a long day of sightseeing, we found that no one had serviced our room. We went to the front desk to report the issue. Someone came to change the sheets and bring fresh towels, but that was all. When I specifically asked for the bathroom to be cleaned, I

Pros: They were fantastic to me. I called the night before due to quandary. I had to be in full formal for at meeting pick up 12:15. Needed to have a room between 11 or 11:30 or somewhere to get changed. Regular check out is 11. They spoke to housekeeping Mgr. To make aware of my situation. I was really thinking I would just have a place to change I arrived at 11:05 they had a room ready for me reminded me about dinner swimming and breakfast.
