Great place to spend a few days and explore London
Pros: The staff are very friendly and the location is perfect to move around. Cons: Small details of an old building, nothing really relevant.

Great place. Very convenient for Paddington.
Pros: It was very clean, spacious and as it was very hot they provided an air conditioner in the room. Cons: The lift was extremely slow.

Unpleasant treatment
Pros: The bed was very comfortable and everything was very clean Cons: The treatment received by the staff. My aunt tripped over a cleaning bag and got a small cut in her eye. They did not offer help trying to avoid responsibilities and making her sign a document that did not tell the truth. A document she obviously did not sign. My mother did not speak English and they laughed at her. I found it disrespectful. I think a hotel should have people who at least speak some Spanish. When English people come to Spain, we speak to them in English.
