Lovely hotel, great location, beautiful city

Pros: The staff were very warm, welcoming and personable, easy to chat to and made our stay memorable - we were returning after 31 years for our 25th wedding anniversary. The spa area (steam and sauna) smelled amazing and was very relaxing. Even though there were only 4 beds, on both occasions, we were the only people there so wasn't a problem. Breakfast was varied fresh and plentiful - lovely selection of fresh fruits, breads, cold meats/cheeses/salmon, granolas, pancakes/waffles/cakes/pastries as well as usual hot cooked options to name a few. Un très bon choix pour découvrir Bruges !

Pros: - personnel agréable, souriant, professionnel, serviable, - localisation idéale, - petit parking privé (à réserver), - SPA agréable, - standing de la Collection Duke. Cons: - les heures d'ouverture du SPA !! 12-20H. Je ne comprends pas très bien ce choix d'heures. 20H c'est trop tôt, quand on est Bruges c'est pour profiter de la ville en journée et manger le soir, du coup impossible d'y aller après. Et vu qu'il faut quitter la chambre pour le lendemain 12H, pas l'idéal non plus pour en profiter. 10H-22H me semble un bon compromis, - prix du lit bébé (25 €!). Moi je veux pas l'a
