Really enjoyable.
Pros: Great location for visiting Richmond and the breakfast was full English and very good.Staff were really helpful and nice / polite. Would definately stay there again. Cons: All good.. no issues at all.

Pros: The hotel has a great location, within walking distance of the center, but on a quiet and peaceful street. Everyone is extremely kind. The breakfast was great. There was internet, and for those who work online like me, there was a good and comfortable desk. Cons: One of the women who cleaned the rooms did not use gloves - she first threw out the trash, then brought the clean towels. This is absolutely unacceptable to me. One of the lamps in the room did not work.

Everyone is very helpful from the moment you arrive. They make you feel welcome.
It offers cozy, clean rooms and warm staff. You get a true local pub experience downstairs with great food and drinks, all set in a lovely, charming location.

The landlords are very nice and helpful. I could store my luggage and they made me a sandwich as I would have missed bre
Pros: It is a cozy place, nice and clean rooms as well as a good pub which also serves food. It’s in a convenient location, only a 10 minute walk to the station and into the town center. Cons: N/A
