Luxury hotel in the center of Bruges

Pros: The silence, the location, and the elegant atmosphere. Cons: The carpet in the room was dirty. I had booked a classic garden view room and with a free upgrade, they put me in a room on the floors. I did not find any improvement in this change. I would have preferred my previous room but did not ask for a change because we were only staying one night. It's a shame that they didn't tell us about the included spa at the reception. We could have used it, which we didn't. What a pity.

Because of the fantastic location, it was easy to explore Bruges and fit a lot into our short stay.

Pros: Beautiful room, comfort, and cleanliness, outstanding value. Thomas at the front desk was so kind and helpful to us, he made excellent suggestions and tips about where to eat. The location is tucked away on a side street and it was so quiet, and I had the best sleep. The quality of the bedding and towels felt luxurious. Cons: I liked everything

Great staff, top location, and a beautiful hotel

Great staff, top location, and a beautiful hotel. It really felt like we were staying in a castle rather than a regular hotel. Definitely recommended!

The location is very good, the hotel is clean and comfortable, the breakfast was not bad but there were many varieties.

Beautiful hotel and wonderful staff

Pros: Very central and beautiful communal areas, rooms, and gardens. The staff were also very friendly and helpful. Would 100% return should we ever come to Bruges again. Cons: Nothing
