Pros: The property had everything we needed, the location wasn’t too far from the city centre Cons: The small bedroom is used as the double room and there’s not enough room with a double bed, would be better to have bunk beds in there and one of the double rooms actually used for the double bed, could do with more seating in the lounge

Pros: The property was very clean, nicely decorated and convenient to get into Nottingham town centre and the University. The host provided relevant, timely information and having shampoo and conditioner available was appreciated. Cons: N/a
Would stay again as come to Bottingham for several rowing events and was good for what we needed.
Pros: Clean and tidy. Good location for a rowing event. Cons: Short of some equipment in kitchen. Single beds were narrower than normal.
