Its not worth the price
Pros: Just the location Cons: For the price of the room for one night there with nothing extra....no complimentary breakfast, no microwave in the room, staff was not accessible when we came in around midnight for a soda, still had to pay for parking and again nothing spectacular or amazing about the room. Ive actually seen better for less. The ac still doesn't work in the reception area .
Quaint and cofy
Pros: Location to everything was great! The staff was VERY friendly! Everyone I encountered was pleasant and helpful! 10/10 on the staff! Cons: No fridge or ice one the floor. My bed creeked really bad with every move. I understand its one of the oldest hotels and I appreciate it's charm. But maybe new bed frames are needed.
Gorgeous hotel
The hotel was absolutely beautiful. What made it enjoyable was the friendly staff who helped so well. I recommend this historic, beautiful hotel for a business stay in Charlotte NC
