Duplex-Nyoum New Cairo

Pros: الشقه في مجمع سكني دخول ذاتي نظيفه مناسبه جدا للعوايل اللي معهم اطفال امنه فيه امن يسال وين رايح و رقم الشقه عند الدخول و الخروج تحت من عند الباركنق في بوابه المول فيه لولو صاحب الشقه او المسؤول عنها شخص متعاون و خدوم جدااااااااا و وسيع صدر متوفر المطبخ فيه ادوات طبخ و متوفر الغساله والمكوة و المنشر (( مناسبه للعوايل اللي معهم اطفال ))) متوفر شطاف في دوراىتين مياه مهم جدا تعرف رقم البرج اللي ساكن فيه ليتمكن السواق الوصول لمدخل الشقه الشقه دورين غرف النوم تحت و فوق المطبخ و الصاله Cons: لم يكن هناك في خدمه شيل الشنط و لا تنظيف ومدخل الشقه و الخروج لازم من الباركنق صعب شوي بعيده عن

Pros: The host "Zeyad" was really helpful, every time I contacted him he used to reply and support me for any request, will return to this unit again. Cons: Just a bit of maintenance is required for the unit.

not very pleasant and a very argumentative owner.

Pros: we were able to check in out of hours as we arrived early morning. Cons: The room we booked was for 2 adults and three children, which was the duplex room with a king size bed and two double beds. The room we were given has two single beds which meant one of our children had to sleep on a very uncomfortable sofa. we tried to address this with the owner but was given the run around. He argued about the room we PAID for, which we had screen shots of. Very disappointed!

The place was good, very clean, and the host was nice. The pool, supermarket, and restaurants were all nearby everything was close to the location.

Pros: It's a cozy one , felt home Cons: The pictures a bit different about the actual And I asked for replacement heater instead of a broken one but I didnt get it , I spoke the person telling him we are freezing but still no actions..
