Good but could do better
Pros: Not too bad located for several activities in the region, such as waterfalls, Lemukih, etc. The garden is beautiful and the entrance is modern as well. This hotel clearly has the potential for improvement to gain an extra star.
Cons: Young staff but with no training. Asked 4 times for the room number during a meal at the restaurant. I ordered a drink at the bar and the server made phone calls because he was lost and served me something else than what I asked for.

Pros: Exceptional hospitality from staff, especially Mr. Riyan, Ms. Radisty, and Ms. Novi. Beautiful scenery with mountains and lakes surrounding the lustrous gardens of flowers, vegetables, and ponds, good quality amenities.
Cons: Maintenance needs to be done regularly to check health and safety standards. Buffet menu needs more variety.

Pros: The rooms were very modern and they have a very nice shower. Staff were amazing - all so kind and helpful!
Cons: Only things we would have preferred are AC in the room and more sound insulation between rooms - we could hear the neighbors' kids at all hours.

The family room has 2 bedrooms and a small sitting room. Some flies come in because it's a farm, but they are easy to shoo away. There is no AC, but the cool air is comfortable. The food at the hotel is good.
Cons: The garden gate does not have a lock (we had to keep the glass door open because there is no AC). The family room is close to a pump, so you can hear the machine noise at night. The hotel helped us move to another room on the

Pros: The property location is very strategic, with a cool climate. Overall facilities and customer services from receptionist, concierge, room service, restaurant manager, waiters, bellboy, and buggy driver are very friendly, responsive, and excellent beyond expectation. Thanks specifically to Ms. Nosa at Cemara Restaurant for her super hospitality, initiative, and helpfulness.
Cons: Walkways from the room on the hill to the restaurant near the lobby are dark, especially when it's raining, so you must be very careful.
