Pros: La propreté, l'environnement avec le jardin très bien entretenu. Literie très confortable. Restaurant sur place avec de très bons plats. Un tres bon accueil. Le spectacle d'eau inattendu et sympathique. Cons: Rien
Pros: Nice, new and clean. Staff is very nice and accommodating. Cons: Would be nice if the balcony lights for the family suite could be closed during night time and would be nice to have some hooks to hang the shower towels.

Good but could do better
Pros: Not too bad located for several activities in the region, such as waterfalls, Lemukih, etc. The garden is beautiful and the entrance is modern as well. This hotel clearly has the potential for improvement to gain an extra star. Cons: Young staff but with no training. Asked 4 times for the room number during a meal at the restaurant. I ordered a drink at the bar and the server made phone calls because he was lost and served me something else than what I asked for.

Pros: Pas trop mal situer pour plusieurs activitée sur la région,cascade ,lemukih etc.. Le jardin est magnifique et l'entrée moderne aussi. Cet hôtel a clairement un potentiel d'amélioration pour avoir une étoile de plus. Cons: Personnel jeune mais avec aucune formation. Demande 4 fois le numéro de chambre le temp d'un repas au restaurant. Je demande une boisson au bar et le serveur passe des coup de fils car il est perdu et me sert autre chose que demander.
