Pros: The place was centrally located to the city centre and accessible. It had all the amenities which were listed. Cons: The place was not clean. It was dusty. The staff were not helpful. I called to mention that the hair dryer was not working. They kept on explaining about a switch which I said wasn't there. Eventually, I gave up and did not use the hair dryer. The premises were really small actually.

Good central location, lovely units, would stay again 😊

Pros: Clean and well appointed rooms. Well equipped with comfortable beds and modern fittings, nice bathroom and kitchenette Cons: No parking, other than public (paid) parking opposite

Good budget alternative if you don't need fresh air

Pros: Room was spacious and quiet Cons: You can't open the windows. Incredibly stuffy air in the whole building. There is AC but the air is probably recycled from the eighties. Room was not very clean. I had to move the bed and there was old trash and wads of hair behind/under it.

Looks nice, but was disappointing

Pros: The instructions from the staff and the self-check in via the website and keypad was simple. The small kitchen was a bonus, and the proximity to lots of public transport was good. Wifi was good. Cons: The room was very dirty. The hob and all of the dishes were dirty with caked on food bits. In order to use anything they had to be washed - and there was no sponge or liquid, so a towel and hand soap had to be used. The shelves, lampshades, above the bed, etc. were thick with dust and it was obvious they had not been cleaned in a long time. The mould growing on the ceiling above the shower

Don’t take children .. smells everywhere of cannabis and smoke

Pros: It was clean enough Cons: The smell of cannabis and smoke in the room was unbearable. The windows don’t open. The air con did work, thankfully. I woke up in the night feeling sick from the smell. The noise, smell of drugs and hearing people vomit was insufferable.
