Reasonable property, though vehicle access is very narrow, there are steps to climb. Location good

Pros: Lots of room, good tv, good washing machine and dryer, supermarket nearby for easy shopping, good location with bridge access to Optus Stadium, the Yellow Cat bus service gives easy access to Perth city Cons: Only one key… two would be better. Lift to fourth floor but there are still six steps to climb. Building maintenance generally reflects the age of the building with ripped carpets on the access corridors. Vehicle access is very narrow! Larger cars re at risk of damage on access. The vehicle access fob is not in an obvious position, being behind a broken plate

A good place to stay in East Perth

Pros: Location was good. Apartment was very nice inside. Free Yellow CAT bus was just outside as were an IGA supermarket and places to eat. Cons: Nothing obvious.

Good location, clean apartment.

Pros: This property is clean and tidy. It has all the things you need for a comfortable stay. It is in an older building and the building itself is quite run down. There was no noise from other tenants, and no noisier than you would expect for East Perth. Cons: It was a little overpriced.

Scam

Cons: This property demanded I uploaded bank information and ID via a secure link that didn’t work before I was released check in information, after paying for the booking in full. I was unable to get a cancellation and I’m now out of pocket.

Apartment did the job, but ultimately not really what we wanted.

Pros: Apartment was clean and well presented. Parking included and free. Cons: The property description was not accurate (it stated there was a patio when there was none), we rented this property because we wanted an outdoor area. The building the apartment is in is very shabby. The parking was difficult to access. Very tight and only suitable for small to medium vehicles. Only one key and fob provided. This made it difficult to come and go, as three adults staying here wanting to do different activities at different times.
