Cons: Disappointing experience – poor value for money I have stayed at easyHotel Birmingham many times over the years, but this visit was extremely disappointing. The biggest issue was the decision to charge an early check-in fee when the room was clearly ready. I have absolutely no problem waiting until the official check-in time if the room is not available, but charging guests extra simply to access a room that is already prepared is, in my opinion, an absolute disgrace. It feels like an unnecessary money-making exercise rather than good customer service. The price was also exceptionally

Pros: Great location. Cons: Bed was uncomfortable

Pros: The location Cons: Nowhere to hang clothes space between bed & shower was too tight to walk, shower was leaking, not enough side bed table space not enough pillows

A decent night's sleep

Pros: The location was excellent and the room and bathroom were clean and comfortable. Check in was efficient. Cons: The ledge at shin height on the side of the bed; it's a bruise waiting to happen.
