Pros: The staff were nice and friendly, the location is central (a bit sketchy at night though). Cons: The bed is extremely uncomfortable, the room was tired looking and not clean. Very overpriced for what you get and how rock hard the bed was.

Pros: I stay every few weeks. The team have shown on multiple occasions that they are super friendly and happy to help Cons: The room is clearly described and met my expectations. The lighting is eith super bright or very dim, especially rooms without windows but I just leave the bathroom light on and leave it ajar with the dim lights on. It's manageable.
