Pros: Comfort in room Cons: Dusty in places

Pros: High tech, clean and spacious room. Very comfortable too, in a good location a short walk from Victoria Station Cons: Takes a bit of time to work out how the high tech lighting in the bedroom actually works!

Thoroughly enjoyed and would definitely consider booking again next time we are in London.

Pros: Last minute booking and I could not have been happier with my "happy accident"! The staff were very friendly and went out of their way to help us, the facilities were excellent and the location worked, close to Victoria train and bus depot. Given it's location, so close to public transport I thought it would be very busy but it is a lovely quiet street with a private garden opposite the hotel. Cons: NA

Helpful staff, great room, lots of fun gadgets... massage bed, big TV, comfy bed.... will definitely return.

Helt okej men inte prisvärt.

Pros: Beskrivningen av hotellet matchar inte standard. Hästenssängar i all ära men mycket annat håller låg standard. Cons: Rummen är små, vilket är okej, men det finns inte en enda krok att hänga kläder eller handdukar på. Dagpersonalens servicenivå, låg energi. Kvällspersonalen var hjälpsam. Frukosten går inte ens att kalla frukost, det fanns en fruktkorg och några yogurt tillsammans med ett par trötta skivor skinka och ost. Väldigt okreativt.
