Cons: The room was filthy

Cons: The room was filthy. The girl in the room next to us was sitting outside cooking heroin as we walked by. People were sleeping in the grass across from where the car was parked in the middle of the day

Convenient.

Pros: Staff was very pleasant. Location was fine for visiting Penn Dixie Fossil Park. Cons: The bathroom could use a refresh.

We went to the room and decided not to stay for our own comfort.

Pros: Nothing. Cons: Outside of the building was like a community of residents that lived there.
