Pros: I didn't like anything about it Cons: Everything I had to wait 30 minutes to be checked in buds in the room roaches crawling all over the commode seat. The bed sheets had holes in them and it was very very dirty. I had to leave. I checked out within 10 minutes. I was very disappointed in the rooms and in the service

Worst hotel I’ve ever been in. I didn’t take pictures so NO refund.

Pros: Bed was comfortable Cons: Handicap room was not ADA compliant. It looked like a construction zone with plaster on the wall. The toilet was very short, and the grab bar was as short as the toilet. There was no walk-in shower. There was a strong chemical smell when we came in the room. Of course I did not receive a refund as requested neither from the establishment nor booking.com.
