NEEDS NEW OWNERS or CONDEMNED
Pros: Nothing. They charged me an extra $50 for my pet. Not refundable then a $50 deposit on top of paying $140 for a room that was less comfortable then sleeping my truck. Room 108 was not even ready the door was open there was dirty towels on the bed the fridge was on its side. I was confused then a man came in and apologized turned the fridge up and picked up the towel Cons: Bed bugs. I got eaten up with bug bites to the point I had to get treatment for me and my clothes before I could go into my home so not to spread them. It was so inconvenient I was here for a sick family member and beca

Our bathroom was not clean at all when we arrived. The tub was filthy & the bathroom smelled of urine
Pros: Location was perfect for reason I was in Ohio Cons: I wasn’t aware that people actually lived on site.
