Sucks

Noisy fridge, ticks. Mold in shower and near sink. Floors not swept. Bed frame squeaks loudly. Broken nightstand drawer. Had to adjust TV was tilted upward. No breakfast.

First of all, the staff itself was phenomenal

First of all, the staff itself was phenomenal. It appears to me that management/owners do as little as possible. It wasn’t the cheapest hotel in the area either, so I thought it would be okay based on the photos. It’s not their fault the property is clearly poorly maintained with not all the guests understanding proper code of conduct. The linens had cigarette burn holes in them and it’s supposed to be non-smoking. The door had a gap that you could see cars and people going by, with no noise cancellation. There was one night where a tenant was fighting with their spouse and were extremely loud
