Cons: Appartement avec beaucoup de moisissures, le salon était innondé à chaque pluie et aucun responsable ne nous a répondu pendant notre séjour malgré nos relances. Vaisselle sale, drap sales... Je n'y retournerai pas et je le déconseille. Vraiment dommage que personne ne prenne le temps de nous répondre.

Pros: Es un lugar muy céntrico, un departamento muy bonito, tiene todos los servicios. Nos gustó mucho la terraza Cons: El único inconveniente es que por la zona no hay estacionamientos cerca, es con parquímetro, pero todo salió muy bien a pesar de ese detalle

Electricity problem and useless administration
Pros: The apartment was clean and the cleaning stuff was always supportive. Cons: The apartment was very noise, it had a balcony with no privacy and basically all the noise from other people is heard. Also, there were two days were the electricity was not working at all in the entire apartment, it was due to a issue with the installation because the building had no issue but the administrator didn’t care about the issue until it was escalated to to owner but it was fixed in the second day. So two days we were without electricity and hot water in the shower.
