Rude staff. Very bad check in experience
Pros: Overall stay, location, cleanliness. Cons: The staff in the reception was very rude. He was asking unwanted questions and treated us very badly. Also we got a room which was different from the one we booked. We booked a room with a double bed and we got a room with a double bed and single bed and the room was very congested. But the staff's behavior was the first thing. He was very rude.
Pros: The location Cons: Quite dated and drab.
