Awful and disgusted

Booked the Hampton for my wife and I and our elderly parents for staying in Edinburgh to see the Tattoo. First time my wife’s parents have been to the Tattoo and my Mother’s last time was 20+yrs ago. They were so looking forward to it but Hotel was awful. Rooms were so old and run down. Mould in the showers, fitted bed sheets that did not fit the bed (too small), carpets were dirty, dust and dead flies on the window sills in one room. Check-in was so disorganised and issues with parking as they had metal bins and trollers outside covering parking bays. Party in the bar that went on until after
