Primo Location
Pros: Check-in was quick. Great location. Great effort to compensate for being given the incorrect room. Lovely lady cooking breakfast and it was nice. Cons: Booking.com pictures need to be correct in advertising pictures of rooms. No flannels in the shower! Restaurant handy but not very inviting but it is functional.
Fire room
Pros: The second lady that assisted us was awesome. Thank you. Made our stay much better. Cons: The fire alarm was very sensitive. The room I booked was apparently not available so I had a choice to go in a smaller room or an older type of room, no compensation. Shower door didn't close properly. Roof had a yellow patch. Didn't have a microwave, which I would have had with the bigger room.
Overnight stay
Pros: Great room, great location, and parking underneath the property. Cons: Not enough packets of tea/coffee milk in the room at arrival. I know I can ask for more but.

Pros: It was an awesome night, it was unplanned so great to find somewhere close to where we were and a very warm friendly welcoming face to greet us, with a nice conversation. We arrived late also and were pleased to get a room, the bed was so big and comfortable we didn't want to leave it. Even the morning staff were excellent and friendly. And we got a good car park for our car to be safe overnight. Will highly recommend for friends and family to use and we will definitely be back again. Cons: There was nothing bad I can recommend, we were only there for 1 night and while there everything w
Overall satisfied with the stay
Pros: It was very handy to the conference I was attending. Staff were very helpful and it was extremely clean. Cons: The noise from outside. The hotel was very quiet but the first night I got virtually no sleep due to outside noise. I bought earplugs for the 2nd night. Finding the car park late at night.
